We've just passed the 50,000 marker for posts on the Steema Forums.
The Steema forums have been in place since 2003, replacing the newsgroups and email support in place up to then. The forums, based on PHPBBS http://www.phpbb.com/ software, have provided an easy customer access route to Steema support services. The forum space offers an easily searchable knowledge base optimising reach for discussions on any topic.
