Hello anauta/Tee8Beta,

We found that the license being used to post in this forums board under this user name corresponded to a TeeChart Pro 8 beta license. Forums access should not have been granted for this license. Therefore we have deactivated it. Users must use their registered license to post their technical inquiries at the Steema Software support forums.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Hello,

Ok, just sent it.

BTW, the nickname you are using now is the name of a client who started posting here with this license and who informed us about it. That being the case you might also like to change it to something different and which identifies you.

Thanks in advance.

Sorry again, I have all licenses beginning from TeeChart3, sometimes I have login from my office, but more often from home.
Anauta login began from 2006 when I bought Tee2008.
I did not get yet test installer.

Hello,

Sorry if I didn't explain myself clearly. This was with the v8 beta license. Is anauta a nickname that clearly identifies you or something you already found with the license number you used to log into the forums? If that's the later my suggestion would be to change it to some nick of your choice.
I did not get yet test installer.
I sent it to the email address you have registered with this username. Should I send it to another email address?

Hi, Narcis
Very strange, I did not get it.
Did you send to address like
zhuc***@ji**.ru ?

Hi, Narcis
I forgot to tell you, our mail service always rejects *.exe files, so you have to send using archiver like 7zip, and it is better to pack twice, the content has not be visible (with simple password)

I didn't send a file but an URL to download it. We will try sending it to you via another channel. Please let us know if you don't receive it.

Hi, Narcis
I've just got the Tee2013XE3 and have tried to install one for my CBuilderXE3.
But I can't see *.a files within Delphi17.Win64 directory. For this reason my simple test program with Chart can't be compiled.

Hi Vladimir,

Can't you find them at Delphi17.win64\Lib\Obj folder?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Narcis

<Can't you find them at Delphi17.win64\Lib\Obj folder?>
This folder is absent.

May be the installer knows about absence of the DCC64?

Hi Vladimir,

If you don't have dcc64.exe we will send you compiled packages and files generated via TeeRecompile.

OK, I'll wait. May be next generation of the XE3--> XE4 will have this fix.

Hi Vladimir,
OK, I'll wait.
You should receive it soon.
May be next generation of the XE3--> XE4 will have this fix.
It will be more likely to happen if C++ Builder XE3 users vote for the Quality Central issue I pointed you at.

Hi Vladimir,

We have also improved the XE3 binary installers to include all C++ Builder 64-bit libraries as with the zip package we sent you.
