TeeGrid Version: 1.14

Lazarus3.0/FPC3.2.2
Steps to reproduce：
Select Columns tab - Select a column - Header - UnCheck Parent Format - Text Align, CANNOT Change the Horizontal property.
Is it a Bug? or I made sth mistake?
