Want to check if there is any teechart.tlb file for .Net TeeChart(TeeChart.dll) will be provided for licensed versions?

Hello Srikanth,
I'm not sure what you require here.
In the case you require the use of Strong Named Assemblies in Visual Studio.NET. The TeeChart ActiveX installer does includes a strong named compiled verson dll. You can find them at the installer files, under:

\Utilities\VS.NET\Strong Named DLLs
- AxInterop.TeeChart.dll
- TeeChart.dll
