Error drawing TeeChart OCX

Hi
I need to insert the OCX component in a VB.net existing project (Visual Studio 2021), in order to try the 2023 version. I managed to install and to have the control in the toolbox, but i was unable to load the component that i would like insert in a form.

If i try to insert the component in the form (starting from the toolbox), the component don't appear and i have this error (attached):

What i doing wrong?
