RoseChart

Client request that if the sectors / slices in the Rose Chart can be rounded like a standard circular sector from Geometry. Currently, the Rose Chart displays "truncated" sectors, ie straight lines rather than circle arcs. 
The attached image shows the client charts, to see the differences.
