The following doesn't show rotated marks from v2014.0.0.0:

  TChart1.AddSeries scBar
  TChart1.Series(0).FillSampleValues 8
  TChart1.Series(0).Marks.Angle = 45

In v2013.0.1.4 it gives rotated marks
In v2014.0.0.0 and up it doesn't.

You can still rotate the Marks through the editor at runtime.
