We created a test project using TeeChart Pro ActiveX v8 in VS2005 and upgraded it from v8 to v2014 using the UpdateVSNet.exe located in TeeChart Pro v2014 ActiveX Control\Utilities folder. However, the TChart version on the form remains as v8.

The problem is reproduced with all Visual Studio versions.
