Feature request. Affects Series Marks, their clip and positioning. Special attention to be paid to scrollbar labels.

The problem description didn't well describe this issue. When custom Tooltips are being used, the desired functionality is for text to stay within the visible chart area and not to position itself off to the right, possibly outside of the viewing area, when rightmost points on a chart are being 'tipped'.
