Use the following code to reproduce the issue:

    private void InitializeChart()
    {
      tChart1.Aspect.View3D = false;
      Bar bar = new Bar();
      bar.Add(1);
      tChart1.Series.Add(bar);
    }

As a workaround, the following can be used:

      tChart1.Axes.Bottom.Title.Text = Utils.NewLine + "Text";
