Project with stacked tower series with null values.

When a stacked tower series has null values they are plotted as a transparent tower. They should be either not plotted or add TreatNulls property to choose how to process them as with other series.

Fixed.
New property at TTowerSeries controls if null points should be painted or not, for single and also stacked multiple Tower series.
