Animation tool Editor doesn't save the changes you do in design-time or in run time editor. For example, if you assign a series, change Steps and DrawEvery, close the editor and open again it the changes are reset and are in the initial state. 
Moreover the execute button isn't never available. 

To reproduce the problem, only is necessary follow next steps: 
1.- Add Char and open Editor.
2.- Add Series
3.- Add Animation Tool
4.- Assign Series to Animation tool in the Editor of Animation Tool, change Steps and DrawEvery.
See that the Execute button isn't active
5.- Close Editor.
6.- Open Again the Editor and go to Tools tab
See that the Execute button isn't active and the all changes are reset.
