MarksAlignment to right/center/left in the TBarSeries, to complement MarksLocation

For HorizBar series, MarksLocation (start, center, end) is already the left/center/right alignment.

For Bar series, does it mean to draw the mark text outside the Bar ?

For Bar series, it means having the marks aligned with the bar bounds Left, aligned with the bar bounds Right, or at the center of the bar as it is right now.

For HorizBar, it means the inverse, having the marks aligned to the top of the bar, to the bottom of the bar or in the center as it is right now.

So, better than naming it right/center/left, it could be Start/Center/End; like MarksLocation, but in the perpendicular direction.
