I run the TeeRecompile tool for Delphi XE, XE2, XE3 and XE4 in one go. No problem during compilation. The tool also tells to have installed everything. But with XE2 the 32bit VCL and FMX get not installed. If I run the compilation a second time just with 32bit VCL selected the install works.

Packages are being generated and can be installed manually also.
