Just add a TNumericGauge with a value:

(Chart1.AddSeries(TNumericGauge) as TNumericGauge).Value:=123.456;

The text of the Value starts too much in the left.
The comma in the Value ins't drawn at the correct position.
The shape in the FREQ annotation is too small.

Fixed. Differences between GDI and GDI+ "TextWidth" were the cause of this issues.
