We could add some way to force the TDragMarksTool to drag the marks horizontally/vertically, ie while Ctrl (or Shift) key is pressed

It makes sense to have a new property DragDirection (Both, Vertical, Horizontal) to restrict mouse dragging. 

Then another property to enable or disable (default enabled?) using Ctrl Shift (maybe the developer is using these keys for other things).

Also Direction could be automatic depending on series style (for horizontal series).
