Using the latest installer (TeeChartNET2014_4.1.2014.02060.exe), I installed TeeChart for VS2008, by marking the checkbox to install them during installation process. However, the dlls for WPF and Silverlight weren't installed.

Running the installer for VS2008 on Win8 and checking the checkbox to install the WPF/Silverlight components successfully installed them on this machine.
