I cannot set the initial XValue of the TCursorTool. Attached is a sample project file.

Fixed.

A new internal flag was introduced to center the cursor the first time its painted, to avoid painting it always at "0,0" coordinates.

The fix now disables this centering whenever cursor XValue or YValue properties are manually changed by code or editor dialog.
