TA05015204 is closed. It says "Add custom legend tool properties and methods, as VCL".
But some features are still missing in that tool:
1. The tool can't be added at runtime.
2. This tool, in VCL, needs an event to fill its cells. This event isn't available yet in AX. In VCL:
CustomLegendTool.Grid.OnDrawCell := StringGrid1DrawCell;
