Incorrect translate editors.
Using Japenese language and O.S Japanese version the Title of Series editor is translating good, except the buttons. This problem occurs in vcl, too. 
Using Japenese language and O.S Japanese the ConnectionString editor are not translated.

Since the TeeChart ActiveX Unicode version, these Editor dialogs are taken directly from the base IDE classes, that makes a difficult task in the case we want to translate them.
At the moment, we don't have plans to translate them.
