Not displayed HotSpot when there are different Styles points to square or circle:
When we changes the style of PointSeries to "Square" or "Circle",
executes the project and move the cursor over a point
of PointSeries, ToolTip is displayed. However, if the style of
PointSeries is other than "Square" or "Circle", tooltip isn't displayed.

May be same problem .. hotspot not sensitive on polished sphere. Fixed
