Circular Gauge have some problems with Styles and Palette

About Style 
If you change hand style, most of the styles aren't applied.
About Palette: 
if you change Palette to BalsIsBlack, it's not black.
To reproduce the problem of Style opens the example: 
 All Features\Welcome! \Chart Styles\Other\Gauges\Circular Gauge, Click Edit button and select Hand button.
To reproduce the problem of Palette, open the same example and Change the Palette to BlackIsBlack.

Fixed.
Still pending to implement palette support for the "Frame" around Circular and Linear gauges.
