Minimum property in TCircularGauge doesn't work fine:
Series1.Value:=70;
 Series1.Minimum:=20;
This works fine in TeeChart.NET [created:2011-05-05T16:25:06.000+01:00 reported by:narcis@steema.com reported in version:2011.03.30407 (TeeChart VCL)]
