Some change from v8.08 to v2010.00 has affected the custom drawing.
In the attached application, if you click the button, some lines are drawn. Then, if you drag the window partially out of the screen and then back to the middle, the part of the chart that was out of the screen is now clean.
But then, if you click the button again, in v8.08 more lines are drawn while not in v2010.00

Reproduced with the attached project in Delphi 7 and TeeChart v2010.01

Works fine since TeeChart v2011.04.
