Overview: When creating a rectangle using the RectangleTool class from the Steema.TeeChart.Drawing namespace, its click event does not fire. 

Steps to reproduce: 
1) Create a .NET7 project
2) Import Steema.TeeChart.Drawing namespace and create a RectangleTool object
3) Listen for when this object is clicked using the object's associated click event

Actual results: event is not fired

Expected results: click event should be fired

Build Date & hardware: Steema Build 4.2024.2.9 on Windows 10 Pro, Version	22H2, OS build	19045.4123

Additional information: RectangleTool dragging event works fine.
