The following code correctly renders the LegendPalette tool in .NET Framework 4.0 but does not render it at all in .net6.0

    public Form1()
    {
      InitializeComponent();
      InitializeChart();
    }

    private void InitializeChart()
    {
      tChart1.Series.Add(typeof(Surface)).FillSampleValues();
      tChart1.Aspect.View3D = true;
      tChart1.Aspect.Chart3DPercent = 50;
      tChart1.Aspect.Zoom = 90;
      _ = new LegendPalette(tChart1.Chart)
      {
        Series = tChart1[0]
      };

      tChart1.Header.Text += $" version {Utils.Version}";
    }
