Similar to MACD function and the other oscillator functions we already provide (PVO, AO, AC and Gator oscillators)

Formula:

A = Exponential Moving average of "A" period   (default = 9)
B = Exponential Moving average of "B" period   (default = 26)

PPO = (A-B)/B

Added a new PPO function.
It is very similar to PVO, which does: (A-B)/A
