TeeEditor with wrong ä and ß

Version: TeeChart Pro Activex V 2021  (not listet in the Version list above)

Today I made a big step from TeeChart2015 to TeeChart2021. After installation I checked if everything works.

The first problem I found are the german "Umlaute" like äöüß. In Version 2015 they are displayed correctly for example in the TeeEditor. In the latest version they are displayed falsely.

You can see it in the attached picture: "Ränder" and "schließen" should be displayed there.
