Using TeeChart.WPF.dll we can specify the properties of the Scroll and Zoom classes at runtime, e.g.

    private void InitializeChart()
    {
      var bar = new Bar(tChart1.Chart);
      bar.FillSampleValues();

      tChart1.Zoom.Direction = Steema.TeeChart.ZoomDirections.Horizontal;

      tChart1.Panning.Allow = Steema.TeeChart.ScrollModes.Vertical;
    }

This is an enhancement request to be able to do the same at Designtime in Xaml using the TeeChart.Xaml.WPF.dll.
