new callback, can modify pointer characteristics according to point

eg.
  zoneSeries.onbeforedrawpointer = function(index,pointer)
  { 
    if (index==3)
	{
	  pointer.width = pw; 
	  pointer.height = pw;
	  pointer.format.fill = "red";
	}
	else
	{
	  pointer.width = 15;
	  pointer.height = 15;
	  pointer.format.fill = "green";
	}
  }
