I've added two extra values in TGridMouseSense: MouseWheelDown and MouseWheelUp.
So now you can activate all except these two:

  TeeGrid1.MouseActivity:=[TGridMouseSense.Down,TGridMouseSense.Up,TGridMouseSense.Move,TGridMouseSense.DoubleClick];
