You can set the Title TextAlignment which modifies the text alignment inside the surrounding rectangle (hidden by default).

Chart1.Legend.Title.TextAlignment = taRightJustify

But you can't modify the Title Alignment property to align the Title with the Legend. In VCL you can as follows:

Chart1.Legend.Title.Alignment:=taRightJustify;

The Alignment property has been added and will be available for the next maintenance release v2020.0.11.30
