Some problems with the TCursorTool in FMX. Add a series and a TCursorTool at design time and:
- The cursor tool isn't visible in the chart.
- You get an Access Violation when you try to change any setting in any combobox of the tool editor, at design time. Actually, you get an AV when you try to change almost any setting in the CursorTool editor, at design time.
- Also, you can't assign a series; the combobox is empty even when there is a series present in the chart.
Only in FMX projects.

Cannot reproduce with latest sources.
