In Delphi, you can do this:

  Chart1.Draw;
  Chart1.Legend.Items[0].Text3:='hello';

In ActiveX, you only have the Text property, not Text2 ad Text3:

  TChart1.Environment.InternalRepaint
  TChart1.Legend.Items.Items(0).Text = "hello"

ILegendItem.Text2 and ILegendItem.Text3 have been implemented and will be available for the next release.
