simple demo project to show memory leak crash

There is a memory leak present at this version (2019.27.190530) that is not present at older version 2016.17.160129 (the lite version that comes with Rad Studio).

The memory leak exhibits after a chart has been moved around on the device (either by user interaction or by code).  It appears the memory leak has to do with repainting the chart.  The attached FMX project was created in Rad Studio 10.3.2 (C++ Builder) and can be run on iOS or Android to demonstrate the bug.

The temporary solution was to uninstall the purchased version of TeeChart Standard (version 2016.17.160129) and reinstall the lite version that comes free with Rad Studio (2016.17.160129).  This is obviously not a long term solution as i purchased the licensed version to access more features/improvements etc.
