The new TeeChart versions don't keep the 3D aspect configuration of oldest TeeChart versions.

The defect here is not in the latest version of TeeChart.dll, but with the version used in this example, version 4.1.2018.5040 - this is demonstrated in this short gif:

where is can be seen that the Aspect.View3D property is erroneously set to false in the Form1.Designer.cs
