Export a chart as follows:

- Open the editor and navigate to the Export/Picture tab.
- Select "as Bitmap", "as JPEG", "as PNG".
- Select the "Size" tab and change the "Width" or "Height".
- "Save..." the chart.

The resultant image has the size of the chart before modifying it through the export editor.

Works fine in VCL.
