Code to easily reproduce the core of these regressions:

		private void InitializeChart()
		{
			tChart1.Aspect.View3D = false;
			Bar bar1 = new Bar(tChart1.Chart);
			bar1.FillSampleValues();
		}

		private void button1_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
		{
			tChart1.Axes.Bottom.SetMinMax(2, 3);
		}

This issue shows that that the code modified by id=1636 causes a number of unwanted secondary issues most especially when zooming on a small number of bars. I have therefore reverted the change, and have so left id=1636 as specifically requiring a CustomBarWidth to render correctly.
