In comparing the affects of the Polished Sphere style and the Sphere style,  the affects are opposite of what they should be 

To check that you should only follow the steps below: 
1-Create new Windows Forms applications
2- Add Chart
3- Add Points Series in design time.
4- Open Editor and go to Series→Points→Style 
Change the style for sphere or polish sphere to check the problem.
