TeeMaker throws a parent windows error at designtime. Concretely says: «Control 'ChartBlockChart1' has no parent windows»
To reproduce the error you need only follow the steps below: 
1- Create a new VCL project
2- Add Chart3D
3- Save project
4-Open again the project.
