Mark position is overlaying, it should be horizontally aligned

Hi,
We are using TeeChart Version=4.1.2016.5122 component in our .NET application.
Struggling to get the right position of Marks on bar chart(column chart). 
I have attached snapshot to represent the issue. 

We are using custom mark position. Up, down and middle on theMultiBars type StackChart.

The bug might be registered by others, but no news if fixed. if fixed then which version should be working well to fix it.

can you please also help to know issue with horizontal marks posion is actually fixed? if so please share the details of the version/build where it is fixed. 
We are using custom mark position for the MultiBars type StackChart.
