Description John Bethanis 2017-10-26 04:47:31 EDT
Dear Steema Support Team,

Please note that we have the latest version of Tee Chart for HTML5 Javascript and we are facing a problem when our site is accessed through mobile / tablet devices. We use both the Gantt.click and Chart.mousedown events but none seems to get called from these devices.

We are also able to replicate the issue from the Google’s Chrome browser from the mobile simulator. If we disable the Device | Emulate touch screen option of the emulator the events are triggered as they should.

Tested on: TeeChart_for_JavaScript_Commercial_v2017.10.19.2.1

This also happens in previous versions.

Please check and advise, as this has been reported by several of our clients.

Best Regards

if you wish to check the fix on your copy of the source:

change line 6080 of teechart.js
from
  c.onmouseup = c.ontouchstop = this.domouseup;
to
  c.onmouseup = c.ontouchend = this.domouseup;
