The value RotDegree provided to TSVGCanvas.RotateLabel is ignored ("//TODO: RotDegree text rotation" at least since 2014) resulting in exported SVG file with label rotation ignored.

Fix Bug 1911 - SVG export ignores label rotation

File attach contain modifications which fixed Bug 1911 "SVG export ignores label rotation"

It will be great to take in account these modifications in next release version.
