Can be reproduced with the example at "Examples\MSOffice\VBA Access":
- Go to the design view
- Click to select the control TeeChart on Access Form
- Open the property sheet (right mouse button -> properties)
- Set the properties: horizontal and Vertical Anchor = Both
- Run Access Form
