Stacked100 Delphi

The Stacked100 isn’t calculated properly for CustomSeries. 

The problems don’t appear for BarSeries. The attached example reproduces the problem. The attached image show the differences. 

The problem is releated by the Teechart.Net bug below:

The problem has been reviewed and works correctly. The Chart is behaved as Excel Chart.
