A new TeeGrid1.Scrolling.Inertia property, to enable mouse or finger scrolling (not via scrollbars) with automatic inertia (ie, like Twitter, scroll does not stop inmediately after you release the mouse button or fingers)

It can be done very similar to TeeChart Rotate Tool
