Exporting a TGanttSeries to TeeChart HTML5 doesn't work.

TGanttSeries are now exportable to HTML5.

There's a problem in the HTML5 version reproducible with the test example in this ticket because in this example the bottom axis increment has been modified, but this isn't related to the TGanttSeries exportation. This problem was reported here:
