BubbleCould Series clickSeries event doesn’t trigger. 
It works fine in TeeChart VCL.
The code below shows the problem: 
private void InitializeChart()
        {
            tChart1.Aspect.View3D = false;
            Steema.TeeChart.Styles.BubbleCloud bc = new Steema.TeeChart.Styles.BubbleCloud(tChart1.Chart);
            bc.FillSampleValues(3);
            bc.Click += Bc_Click;
       
        }

        private void Bc_Click(object sender, MouseEventArgs e)
        {
            this.Text = "Series Clicked";
        }
