If you have a TCursorTool, without assigning it to any series, and several CustomAxes, the cursor tool is clipping in one axis zone.

The cursor tool could traverse all the chartrect when it has no series assigned.

As a workaround, you can set the TCursorTool's UseChartRect property to True.
