Breaking changes on Xamarin.Forms (iOS) and Xamarin.iOS Touch Events :
All Chart events have been reimplemented in Xamarin.iOS and Xamarin.Forms (iOS). We use UIGestureRecognizers before, and we do not offer the possibility to catch events like TouchesBegan, TouchesEnded, TouchesMoved with its params ((NSSet touches, UIEvent evt) . Now the Chart control do not use UIGestureRecognizers except for the Pinch gesture. Now all this base class event can be used or overriden, and control user can also add extra recognizers to it.
